I am suffering from flu and sore throat since 2 days ago and now little cough is kicking in. Should I proceed with the viral check up? Seen the doctor yesterday and doctor prescribed me with some medications. I am just hoping that I will feel better by the end of the day today. I heard warm tea and honey is good for sore throat though...

Kourtney Kardashian on Motherhood – Parenting Tips...
@SuAvaTia: Kourtney Kardashian on Motherhood – Parenting Tips...:
Relatable experience and very sound advice. Let's take what we are able to and put it into positive actions for our kids.
At the end of the day, being famous or not, our kids will remain our kids no matter what, we have our own ways that best suits us.
My Understated Style Obsessions...
"Style is a simple way of saying complicated things..." I can live with pressed powder, waterproof mascara, pencil or liquid eyeliner, rose cheek blush and nude lipstick or gloss. Prefer classic look handbags, comfortable flats and wedges, flare cut jeans and white collared tshirt or long sleeve shirt.

I got this at one of her books when I was in NYC last year. I find it so inspirational and I thought I should share it with you too...
For beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness...
For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others...
For a slim figure, always share our food with the hungry...
For a beautiful hair, let kids stroke it at least once a day...
For poise, walk with the knowledge that we are never alone...
People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed. Never throw out anyone...
Remember if we need a helping hand, it's at the end of our arm. As we get older, remember we have another hand; The first is to help ourselves, the second one is to help others...
I believe at the old-fashioned idea that others come first and we come second...
Women's true beauty is not only in their figure, or the way they dress, or the clothes they wear, or in the way they do their hair. Women's beauty are seen in their eyes, because they are the window to their soul, the place where love dwells...
Women's true beauty increase with years...
The beauty of women are not in superficial fashions. Women's true beauty are reflected in their soul. In their kindness and loving care, and in the passion they show...

Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating Cream by Aesop...
This extensively researched formulation omits many known aggravators of sensitive skin, including conventional artificial preservatives. The complex blend of nut and plant extracts is instantly absorbed, providing maximum hydration where it is most needed. This is the most intensive hydrating cream in the Aesop range. Especially for our skin, in this kind of environment we live and the climate all need to be considered when choosing a hydration products.
In My Own Words :
I have been using this for a couple of months now. To me, this is a good basic moisturizer made of natural ingredients that gets the job done without any side effects. It's very thick, almost salve-like, but it disappears into my skin quickly. So far, it doesn't cause any breakouts or irritations to my skin, which is good and I am glad. I love the smell of it and it's really soothing and comforting. I highly recommend this.
