True Friends

What would be your definition of a true friend be?

According to Wikipedia:

The famous F.R.I.E.N.D.S sitcom is about friendship because when you're single and in the city, your friends are your family."

Someone posted on Instagram that true friends are the ones who have "nice things to say about you behind your back" 

I sincerely feel that that true friendship is about honesty and a deeply connected relationship. Honesty means sharing the good and bad of life's turmoils together. Deeply connected refers to being able to be ourselves every single time and allowing each of us to be the best that we should be and the other to simply be sincerely happy for the other.
